My mission

My mission is to make a positive contribution to the wellness of others by empowering them to live a rewarding life of integrity and gratitude, to realize their full potential, better health, greater self-worth, self-sufficiency and productivity.

Me

I am a Primary Care Physician Assistant and Certified Life Coach Practitioner. I started my career as a nurse and  now have 29 years of experience as a patient advocate and have been an educator of health and wellness for men, women, children and communities.

With the ever growing health care demands, in my role as a physician assistant it has become harder to engage my patients in their own wellness, until I began using a coach approach.

In my practice as a physician assistant I use a coach approach to encourage behavior change that supports healthy lifestyle choices around physical activity and meal planning.

A coach approach has allowed me to engage the participate in a process that helps them identify their desired outcomes and put in place a plan to achieving their goals.

The coach approach has helped my patients with chronic disease embrace a lifestyle that nurtures them mind body and spirit.

I work with small business to improve costumer service and facilitate growth, providing support to management teams fostering job satisfaction and career development.

Using a coaching model has enable the participant to realize better health, greater self-worth, self-sufficiency and productivity whether in health or business.

Ask yourself:
What are the options?

What can I do for you?

Ask God:
Who am I?
