I offer an introductory session that is best done via ZOOM or Face Time. This session will give you a better idea of a coach approach and if this is a good fit for you.

To benefit the most from a coach approach 8 to 12 sessions are recommended. Sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis. Following each session you will receive an email to summarize the main points of the session along with a homework assignment outlining your goals and next steps in preparation for the upcoming session.

COACHING FEES are billed at an hourly rate that includes all materials.

What you can expect from me is that I will surpass your expectations.  As a coach I partner with you, meeting you where your are, honoring your values and beliefs, accepting what is in the moment for you to create a thought-provoking session that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential. Through the coaching process we discover, clarify and align what you want to achieve.

What I hope from you is that you show up on time and are prepared for our session by being honest with yourself about your desired outcome and open to the possibilities as you reach for your goals and dreams.

When I started implementing a coach approach in my practice as a physician assistant I began to see this happen with my patients suffering with chronic disease.  It offered them an opportunity  to embrace a lifestyle that nurtures them, mind body and spirit. 

Using a coaching model has enable the participant to realize better health, greater self-worth, self-sufficiency and productivity whether implemented in my health practice or with my clients in small business or in other professional environments.
